A popular thing to do in the UK is to make New Year’s Resolutions. Almost two out of five young British adults (18-24 year olds) intend to make New Year’s resolutions according to a government survey. What is a resolution you ask? A resolution is when you resolve (decide strongly) to do something different to improve your life. For example, the most popular resolution is usually to get fit or exercise more.
