Teaching Methodology

Course Objectives:

Our Future Leaders course aims to equip teenage students with important skills for leading in the 21st Century, empowering them to become leaders in their personal and professional lives and in their local and global community.

Future leaders need a combination of skills and knowledge. They need to be able to visualise a path forward and to have the confidence to take charge, the drive to compete and the ability to collaborate with others.

In this course, students are introduced to a range of topics that not only provide examples of innovation and successful leadership, but also provide scenarios in which they can attempt to problem solve, cooperate and lead. These topics are then further augmented with relevant trips that offer opportunities to ask questions and find out more about these issues.
